A friend has purchased a Pearl Grandfather Clock at Goldsmiths in Memphis TN in 1985. The clock is working good but it does’nt chime at all anymore. I have the serial number and the model number of the clock. I would like to know how to contact the company to order parts and where he can get help to fix the problem. I would really appreciate any help that you can give me. My friend is an elderly gentleman and I would like to help him if I can. Thank you in advance for any help you may have for me.

Sorry that I can’t be of any assistance to you in this matter. I’m far away from Tennessee … and the US :-)
From what I understand, and if you’re talking about this Goldsmith’s, than that would be Macy’s today, and I would definitely contact them first.
Also, any professional clock repairer – of which I’m certain you can locate someone online in your area – will more than likely be able to help you out with your Pearl Grandfather Clock.
